
Driver Checker™ can effectively detect the outdated, missing or broken device drivers and automatically update them to the lastest version. You can backup the existing drivers and restore them in case that the drivers were missing, broken or the drivers needed to be restored after re-installing your system. In addition, you can uninstall the useless drivers completely through our new added technology.
2. Installation and Registry Instructions
Step 1: Download Driver Checker™ and click the DriverChecker.exe to install it without any delay.
Step 2: Get the code of Driver Checker™ here.
Step 3: Open Driver Checker, click Register, enter the serial number and click Submit as follows:
Step 1: Open Driver Checker™ and click the Start Scan button on the right side to check your driver status.
Step 2: Optional: There will be a backup hint if you haven't made a backup before the updating.You can close the hint and ignore it if you have a previous driver backup, which will not affect the update. If you need to backup them, the instructions are illustrated in the Backup section as below.
Step 3: Driver Checker™ will start scanning your entire hardware devices for the outdated drivers. In seconds it will show you the information of outdated drivers by category as below:
Step 4: You can click the check box to select the drivers you want to update, and then click Download and Install button as above.
Step 5: It is very fast to update a driver with Driver Checker. Only the process will be a little slow due to a large number of drivers to update or a bad Network. In this case, please wait for a few minutes. Sometimes there is a prompt as follows,which is telling you that you have right to continue or stop the driver installation running on your computer. It won't do harm to your computer because the new driver version you are trying to install is original from the hard device manufacturer.
Step 6: Click OK to finish the update.
Step 7: Click OK to reboot make the update take effect.
Before using Driver Checker™, it is highly recommended to backup the existing drivers, which you can always use to recover the system drivers to the previous state.
Step 1: Click the Backup tab.
Step 2: Select the drivers you want to backup and choose the destination of your backup file by clicking the Browse button, or Driver Checker will save it by default at : _\Program Files\Driver Checker\. Click Backup.
Step 3: Click OK to complete it.
In case that the drivers were broken or the drivers needed to be restored after re-install your system, you can easily restore the system drivers with the backup.
Do the following things to restore drivers:
Step 1: Click the Restore tab.
Step 2: Click the drivers to be restored or select them from the backup files by clicking the Browse button, or Driver Checker will use the backup files by default saved at : _:\Program Files\Driver Checker\
Step 3: Click the Restore button to continue or the Stop button to quit.
Step 4: Click OK to complete the restore.
Driver Checker™ provides the divers uinstall uility to remove the useless or unwanted divers completely if needed.
Step 1: Click the Uninstall Tab.
Step 2: Select the drivers you want to uninstall from the system information column and click the Uninstall button to process.
Step 3: Click OK to complete the uninstall.
Before using Driver Checker™, it is highly recommended to customise the settings for your personal use.
Step 1: Click the Options tab to make your general settings.
Step 2: Click the Options tab and Backup to make your backup settings.
Step 3: Click the Options tab and Restore to make your restore settings.
Step 4: Click the Options tab and Update to make your update settings.
Step 5: Click the Options tab and Download to make your download settings.
Step 5: Click the Options tab and Scheduling to make your scanning settings.
After you updated with Driver Checker™, it is highly recommended to submit your Scan Results if you have any problem about updating drivers.
Step 1: Click the Submit tab to open the prompt, and then write down your information.
Step 2: Click the Submit button to send us the file.
